  7. PhotoLab is an image processing tool that allows you to view and modify
  8. digitized images on your PC. The program includes features such as
  9. print, zoom, rotate, mirror, flip, crop, negative image, resize, and
  10. resample, a variety of effect filters, image combination and type
  11. conversion, adjustment of image color, brightness, contrast, and
  12. saturation, as well as HP ScanJet IIc scanner support.  The program
  13. reads and writes BMP, DIB, GIF, TGA and TIFF format images.

  15. Requirements:

  17. PhotoLab is designed for use on Windows 3.1 systems. A video
  18. configuration capable of 256 or more colors is recommended.

  20. Distribution:

  22. You are encouraged to distribute this program for non-commercial use if
  23. distribution is intact, unmodified, en masse, and as long as no fee is
  24. charged for such distribution (with the exception of nominal and
  25. customary distribution fees). If at all possible, please distribute the
  26. original ZIP file, which should include the following files:
